Kaden seeks an experienced and driven mobile marketing individual with a strong background in strategic partnership management and data analysis to build and lead our Account Data Management

brand on the back of market-ready user-targeting and anti-fraud capacities, Kaden is in a foundational but high-growth stage and seeks interesting and talented individuals eager to roll up their sleeves and
build something special.

Role:

We believe that the common adtech account manager position is underskilled given its importance to
the success of both advertiser campaigns and the adtech business as a whole. As a result, we will merge
the traditional roles of account management and adops to create a new ‘Account Data Manager’
position. Someone who is capable of managing the day-to-day relationship-development concerns of an
account, but who also has the technical capacity to ingest large data sets and draw from them strategic
insights which can be applied to develop and improve campaign performance. “Let me talk to my data
guys and get back to you tomorrow” is not in the vocabulary of our Account Data Managers. The Head
of this team will be responsible for proving out this model and demonstrating that business and
technical expertise are not mutually exclusive.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership of advertiser revenue on the Kaden platform, working directly with the strategic
    management team to build a service which provides transparent, verifiable value to advertisers
  • Manage ongoing day-to-day relationships with high-value advertiser partners, developing and
    executing strategies which achieve their goals and global ambitions, setting up and running granular
    campaigns and monitoring performance over time
  • Build, train and lead a global Account Data Management team, distributing revenue targets and
    monitoring performance against success
  • Be the leader and point of contact between our ADM and engineering/AI teams, developing new
    products on the back of advertiser feedback and systemising campaign launch and scaling processes
  • Build and lead our global Creative Services team, applying data driven strategies to iterative creative
    development for the purpose of driving site-level performance
  • Sit in and assist sales in providing industry-leading experience and advice to advertiser partners nearing
    the IO or simply requesting consultation
  • Continually challenge yourself and others around you to find new ways in which data and AI
    technologies can be used to develop product, processes and campaign strategy

Experience:

  • 5+ years in performance user acquisition marketing and/or adops within leading app development and
    mobile adtech organisations
  • Strong capacity to manipulate, analyse and present large data sets through Excel, SQL and proprietary
    dashboards. Experience with pulling reports manually or via API required
  • Experience or interest in AI and its machine and deep learning subsets a strong plus
  • Experience working with engineering teams to develop new market offerings
  • Strong understanding of what it means to drive ‘performance’ at ‘scale’ to the world’s leading mobile
    marketers. Experience in ad-fraud and mitigation strategies required
  • If coming from outside of mobile adtech; a demonstrable capacity to quickly learn new tech&data
    jargon, systems and processes, applying out-of-the-box ideas to improve your new landscape
  • Start-up experience a strong plus
